摘要
针对多组合设备中时间延迟优化问题,研究构建了一种时间延迟优化模型,并提出了启发式算法进行求解。首先对多组合设备稳态生产过程进行描述,在此基础上探究了机械手等待时间对时间延迟的影响机制,继而建立了以降低时间延迟为目标的机械手等待时间分配模型,提出改进的多目标灰狼算法进行求解。最后通过案例验证了算法的可行性与有效性。
Aiming at the time delay optimization problem in multi-cluster tools,a time delay optimization model was established and the solving heuristic algorithm is developed.We first describe the steady state production process of multi-cluster tools.Based on this,the influence mechanism of time delay caused by robots waiting was analyzed,and then a robot waiting time allocation model to reduce time delay was established.An improved Multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition-grey wolf optimizer(MOEA/D-GWO)algorithm was proposed to solving the model.Finally,examples were given to demonstrate the efficacy of the methodology.
