摘要
含填充胶表贴式高速永磁电机转子,其永磁体为分块式,磁极间填充物为高性能结构胶。针对该类型转子的保护套进行强度研究,基于弹性力学理论推导保护套应力计算公式,使用有限元法对公式进行了验证;同时分析过盈量和转速对保护套强度的影响。结果表明:含填充胶表贴式高速永磁电机转子保护套在额定转速下有足够的机械强度,可以满足使用要求。
For the surface-mounted high-speed permanent magnet motor rotor with glue filler,its permanent magnet is divided into blocks,and the filler between the magnetic poles is high-performance structural glue.The strength of the protective enclosure of this type of rotor was studied.The stress calculation formula of the protective sleeve was derived based on the theory of elastic mechanics,and the formula was verified by finite element method.At the same time,the influence of interference and speed on the strength of the protective sleeve was analyzed.The results show that the protective enclosure of the surface-mounted high-speed permanent magnet motor rotor with glue filler has sufficient mechanical strength at the rated speed and can meet the use requirements.
