面对百年未有之大变局的挑战和培育担当民族复兴大任时代新人的要求,高校思政课教师必须提高素养修为,达到“六个要”的发展指向:政治要强、情怀要深、思维要新、视野要广、自律要严、人格要正。思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,办好思政课关键在教师,高校思政课教师必须增强职业认同感、荣誉感、责任感,努力当时代新师、教时代新课、育时代新人。

Facing the challenge of unprecedented changes in a century and the requirement of training new people to take on the task of national rejuvenation in the new era,ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities should improve their quality and achieve the development direction of " six requirements" : firm political position,deep feelings,new thinking,wide vision,strict self-discipline and upright personality. Ideological and political course is the key course to implement the fundamental task of moral education. The key to running ideological and political course well lies in teachers so that teachers of ideological and political course in colleges and universities must enhance their sense of professional identity,sense of honor and responsibility,and strive to be new teachers of the times,teach new courses of the times,and educate new people of the times.
