我国护理管理20年的发展变化与展望

Development and prospect of nursing management in the past 20 years in China

以时间轴为框架,每五年一个时间段,以“十一五”护理事业发展规划的孵化、护理事业发展规划的落实、《护士条例》的实施、优质护理服务的推进、突发公共卫生事件的应急救援等护理管理实践大事件为线索,以文献为支撑回顾我国护理管理20年来的发展变化。

Using time axis as a framework,this article reviewed the literature and summarized the past twenty years'history of Chinese nursing management based on the significant events including the incubation of the"fifteenth"strategic nursing career development plan,the implementation of consecutive strategic nursing career development plans,the implementation of the nurses ordinance,the promotion of quality nursing service,and the emergency rescue of the public emergencies,etc.
