“三全育人”理念下高职院校发展型资助育人模式探析——以闽西职业技术学院为例

Analysis on the Developmental Subsidized Education Model of Higher Vocational Colleges under the Concept of“Three All-round Education”——Taking Minxi Vocational&Technical College as an Example

针对高校资助育人工作中存在的问题,将“三全育人”理念融入资助工作,通过优化资助流程、丰富资助内涵、创新育人模式等途径,构建发展型资助育人体系,助力贫困学子全面发展,实现全方位育人。

In view of the problems existing in the work of subsidizing education in universities,this paper integrates the concept o“f three all-round education”into the subsidizing work,and constructs a developmental subsidizing education system by optimizing the subsidizing process,enriching the subsidizing connotation,and innovating the education mode,so as to help poor students develop in an all-round way and realize the allround education.
