高职学生党员发展及教育管理质量提升实践与分析——以汕头职业技术学院为例

Practice and Analysis on the Development of Student Party Members in Higher Vocational Colleges and the Improvement of Educational Management Quality——Taking Shantou Polytechnic as an Example

高职学生党员发展培养教育管理工作必须结合中国共产党对党员的要求,又要兼顾高职教育的办学规律与特点。针对当前高职学生党员发展培养教育管理过程中存在的问题,高职院校可以通过融入党史教育、结合职业教育、加强业务培训、建立跟踪反馈机制等举措,切实有效提升学生党员质量。

The development,cultivation,education and management of the student Party members in higher vocational colleges must be combined with the requirements of the CPC for the Party members,as well as the rules and characteristics of higher vocational education.In view of the existing problems in the development,cultivation,education and management of student Party members in higher vocational colleges,higher vocational colleges can effectively improve the student Party members quality by integrating the Party history education,combining with the vocational education,strengthening professional training,establishing tracking and feedback mechanism and other measures.
