Taking an apartment building in Xi’an as the research object,the design of its cold and heat source system,air-conditioning water system,air-conditioning air system,smoke control system and air-conditioning noise reduction system are summarized.It focuses on the initial investment,use cost and operation effect of the cold and heat source system.I hope the design method can inspire the air conditioning engineering design of similar apartment buildings.
