摘要
对比分析了国内高炉使用自焙炭砖、半石墨炭砖、微孔炭砖和超微孔炭砖与国外同类产品的质量,得出我国自产的微孔炭砖和超微孔炭砖质量已达到国外同类型炭砖水平。提出高炉选择炭砖时不应该过于看重导热系数单一指标,应该选择<1μm孔容积比、导热系数、耐压强度、透气度、抗铁水熔蚀指数、氧化率、抗碱性等综合指标,严格按照行业标准对炭砖质量进行综合评价。
The quality of self-baking carbon bricks,half-graphite carbon bricks,micro-pore carbon bricks and supper micro-pore carbon bricks for building blast furnaces(BF)in China was analyzed by comparing to the quality of those like products of carbon bricks used abroad.It was concluded that the quality of micro-pore carbon bricks and supper micro-pore carbon bricks produced in China has reached the level of the same type of carbon bricks abroad.It was proposed that the single index of thermal conductivity should not be paid too much attention to when selecting carbon bricks for building a BF,while these comprehensive indexes such as pore volume ratio under 1μm,thermal conductivity,compressive strength,air permeability,molten iron corrosion resistance index,oxidation rate and alkali resistance should be selected,by which the quality of carbon bricks should be comprehensively evaluated in strict accordance with industry standards.
