基于Matlab GUI的CTOD阻力曲线和启裂韧度实验研究

摘要 使用Matlab GUI对裂纹扩展阻力曲线界面进行设计,可实现阻力曲线拟合,δ_g和δ_(0.2BL)的自动计算及判定功能。针对中高强钢的裂纹扩展问题,以EH460钢为例开展了断裂韧性试验,绘制出裂纹扩展阻力曲线,计算启裂韧度值,并将上述参数带入软件计算。结果显示,软件计算结果与手动计算结果一致。采用该软件进行数据处理,可使试验结果更加准确高效。 By using Matlab GUI,the interface for resistance curves by crack propagation was designed,which enabled the resistance curves to have achieved fitting and automatic calculation and determination function forδg andδ0.2BL were also achieved.In view of the problem of crack propagation in terms of medium and high strength steels,the fracture toughness test was carried out by taking the EH460 steel as an example,the resistance curves on its crack propagation were drawn,the values on cracking initiation toughness were calculated.After that the above-mentioned parameters or values were brought into the software for calculation.The calculation results showed that the calculation results by software were consistent with manual calculation results.So carrying out the data processing by using this software enables the test results more accurate and efficient.
