普通外科手术患儿围手术期应用思维导图引导优质护理的效果

Effect of high-quality nursing guided by mind map during perioperative period on children with general surgery

目的:探讨儿童普通外科手术患儿围手术期思维导图引导优质护理的效果,为临床护理提供指导。方法:选取2019年5月至2020年5月海南省人民医院外科接受手术治疗的400例患儿作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组200例。对照组患儿给予围手术期优质护理。研究组在对照组的基础上给予思维导图引导优质护理。比较两组患儿不良情绪的情况、患儿与家属护理满意度和医生对手术室护理工作满意度、手术时效、手术室管理质量与并发症发生率。结果:护理后,两组抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)、焦虑自评量表(Selfrating Anxiety Scale,SAS)的评分均降低,且研究组SDS评分、SAS评分结果均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组患儿与家属护理满意率、手术医生的满意率均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组患儿的术前准备时间、手术时间均明显短于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组的器械清点正确率与灭菌合格率、急救物资完好率均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:儿童普通外科手术患儿围手术期思维导图引导优质护理的应用效果良好,值得临床推广运用。

Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing guided by mind map during perioperative period on children with general surgery,and to provide guidance for clinical nursing.Methods:A total of 400 children undergoing surgical treatment in Hainan General Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as research subjects.According to the random number table method,all children were divided into a study group and a control group,200 cases in each group.The control group was given high-quality perioperative nursing.The study group was given high-quality nursing guided by mind map on the basis of the control group.The adverse emotions,nursing satisfaction of children and their families,doctor’s satisfaction with operating room nursing,operation time,management quality of operating room,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Depression Scale and Self-rating Anxiety Scale in the two groups were decreased,and the scores of Self-rating Depression Scale and Self-rating Anxiety Scale in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of children and their families and the satisfaction rate of surgeons in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The preoperative preparation time and operation time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The correct rate of equipment inventory,qualified rate of sterilization and intact rate of first-aid materials in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of perioperative mind map guiding high-quality nursing in children with general surgery is good.Perioperative mind map guiding high-quality nursing is worthy of clinical application.
