中性粒细胞CD64表达的影响因素研究进展

Research progress in influencing factors of neutrophil CD64 expression

CD64为免疫球蛋白超家族成员,在早期诊断脓毒症等感染性疾病中,中性粒细胞CD64指数检测发挥着越来越重要的作用,随着研究的深入我们也发现了多种因素可以干扰CD64表达。如药物、肿瘤、手术等均可对CD64造成影响,本文就CD64的各种影响因素进行综述,旨在阐述中性粒细胞CD64指数在临床应用中的必要作用及适用范围。

CD64 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily.In the early diagnosis of infectious diseases such as sepsis,neutrophil CD64 index detection plays an increasingly important role.With further research,we have also found a variety of factors that can interfere with the expression of CD64.CD64 can be affected by drugs,tumors,surgery,etc.In this review,we reviewed the various factors affecting CD64,aiming at expound the necessary role and application scope of neutrophil CD64 index in clinical application.
