基于铜离子检测的天然染料变色织物的制备

摘要 为了制备环保型的铜离子检测试剂,文章通过筛选与铜离子能够络合变色的染料,将天然染料苏木作为显色剂,丝织物和棉织物作为显色剂载体,制备了变色织物。利用紫外可见分光光度计测试苏木与铜离子在溶液体系中的变色情况,利用测色配色仪测试变色织物的颜色变化情况。研究结果表明,溶液体系中的苏木色素与铜离子能够产生明显的显色反应;变色织物放入铜离子溶液中能产生裸眼检测的变色响应,且响应灵敏度高,检测灵敏度能达到污水综合排放标准的限定要求;丝织物作为显色剂载体的效果优于棉织物。 In order to prepare an eco-friendly copper ion detection reagent,the paper selects dyes that can be complexed with copper ions to change color,using natural dye hematoxylin as the color developer,silk fabric and cotton fabric as the carrier to prepare a color-changing fabric.UV-Vis spectrophotometer was used to test the color change of hematoxylin and copper ions in the solution,and the color change of the colorchanging fabric was tested by a color measurement and color matching instrument.Results indicated that hematoxylin and copper ions in the solution can produce an obvious color reaction;the color-changing fabric can produce a color-changing response detected by the naked eye with a sensitive response when placed in a copper ion solution,and the detection sensitivity can meet the limit requirements of the comprehensive sewage discharge standard.In addition,silk fabric is better than cotton fabric as a carrier of color developer.
