石墨烯纤维的结构调控及其在柔性电极材料中的应用

摘要 文章在前期课题组开发的高温热风干法纺制氧化石墨烯纤维的基础上,通过在线加捻调控制备了具有不同捻度结构的氧化石墨烯纤维,并还原得到具有稳定加捻结构的石墨烯纤维;研究分析了不同加捻结构纤维的形貌结构特征、力学性能,并测试了其电化学性能。结果表明:加捻后的石墨烯纤维受皮层挤压呈现扁平状,并向内卷曲,纤维力学性能在一定程度上有所增加,且柔韧性更高。当石墨烯纤维捻度为270 r/10 cm时,纤维的断裂伸长率达到17.15%。电化学测试结果表明,在80μA时其比容量为12.4 mF/cm^(2),可作为柔性电极材料使用。 On the basis of high-temperature hot-air dry spinning technology developed by the previous research group,graphene oxide fibers with different twists were prepared by the on-line twisting control device.And then,graphene fibers with a stable twist were obtained by reduction.This paper analyzes the morphology and mechanical properties of the graphene fibers with different twists and tests their electrochemical properties.Results showed that the twisted graphene fiber is flattened and curled inward because of the extrusion of the outer layer,which increased the mechanical properties to a certain extent and endowed the fiber with higher flexibility.When the twist of graphene fiber is 270 r/10 cm,the elongation at break of the fiber reaches 17.15%.And the electrochemical test indicated that the specific capacity of the fiber is 12.4 mF/cm^(2) at 80μA,which can be used as a flexible electrode material.
