文章简述了Sadaer^(TM)粗纱捻系数设计的必要性,针对不同的捻系数,通过对纱线强伸性、纱线条干、毛羽指数等指标的对比分析,研究了粗纱捻系数对这些关键指标的影响规律。结果表明:粗纱捻系数对后序制成的纱线的强伸性能以及条干均匀度影响较大,但是对纱线毛羽方面的影响较小;在一定的纺纱参数调整范围内,随着粗纱捻系数的逐步增大,纱线的强伸性及条干均匀度均可得到有效改善,从而可以实现提高成纱条干水平、改善成纱毛羽的纺纱效果。

This paper briefly describes the necessity of the design of the Sadaer™roving twist factor.By comparing and analyzing the yarn strength and elongation,yarn evenness,hairiness index and other indicators for different twist factors,the paper studies the influence of the roving twist factor on the key indicators mentioned before.Results showed that the twist factor has a greater influence on the yarn strength and evenness but has a small effect on the yarn hairiness.As the twist factor increases gradually within a certain range,the strength and evenness of the yarn can be effectively improved.Therefore,high-quality yarn with improved evenness and less hairiness can be got.
