炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合还少胶囊对多囊卵巢综合征患者卵巢储备功能及经期紊乱的影响

Effects of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets combined with Huanshao capsule on ovarian reserve and menstrual disorder in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的研究炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合还少胶囊对多囊卵巢综合征患者卵巢储备功能及经期紊乱的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2021年1月本院收治的60例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组实施促排卵疗法,观察组实施炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合还少胶囊治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的ES水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的卵巢长径、子宫内膜厚度、窦卵泡个数、LH、E2、T、FSH水平均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的并发症总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合还少胶囊应用于多囊卵巢综合征患者的治疗中,有利于改善卵巢储备功能和经期紊乱情况,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets combined with Huanshao capsule on ovarian reserve and menstrual disorder in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received ovulation induction therapy,and the observation group was treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets combined with Huanshao capsule.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,ES level in both groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the length of ovary,endometrial thickness,number of sinus follicles,LH,E2,T and FSH levels improved in both groups,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets combined with Huanshao capsule in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome is beneficial to improve ovarian reserve and menstrual disorder,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
