三仁汤联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果

Clinical effect of Sanren decoction combined with mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的探讨三仁汤联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年11月就诊于我院消化内科的120例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用莫沙必利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合三仁汤治疗。比较两组的中医证候评分、临床疗效、胃肠激素指标、生活质量评分、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组的胃脘痛、胀满、纳差、嗳气评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的胃动素、胃泌素水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的生理、心理、环境、社会关系评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论三仁汤联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的效果显著,可有效缓解症状,改善胃肠动力,提升患者生活质量,且不会增加不良反应,安全性良好。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sanren decoction combined with mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods A total of 120 patients with functional dyspepsia diagnosed in the gastroenterology department of our hospital from January 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mosapride,and the observation group was treated with Sanren decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal hormone indexes,quality of life score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,fullness,anorexia and belching in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of motilin and gastrin in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiology,psychology,environment and social relations in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sanren decoction combined with mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia has a significant effect.It can effectively alleviate symptoms,ameliorate gastrointestinal motility,improve quality of life of patients,and will not increase adverse reactions,with good safety.
