生活希望计划干预结合分阶段康复训练对膝关节置换术后患者康复积极性、关节功能的影响

Effects of life hope program intervention combined with staged rehabilitation training on rehabilitation enthusiasm and joint function of patients after knee arthroplasty

目的探讨生活希望计划干预结合分阶段康复训练对膝关节置换术后患者康复积极性、关节功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2020年11月收治的90例膝关节置换术后患者,以数字表法将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施生活希望计划干预结合分阶段康复训练。比较两组患者的康复积极性和关节功能。结果观察组的需求程度、配合程度、依从程度、家属及护士鼓励作用、遇到挫折后的良好情绪评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的疼痛、功能、活动度、肌力、屈曲畸形及稳定性评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生活希望计划干预结合分阶段康复训练能够有效提高膝关节置换术后患者的康复积极性,促进患者的关节功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of life hope program intervention combined with staged rehabilitation training on rehabilitation enthusiasm and joint function of patients after knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 90 patients after knee arthroplasty admitted from January 2020 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the digital table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented life hope program intervention combined with staged rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing.The rehabilitation enthusiasm and joint function of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of demand degree,cooperation degree,compliance degree,encouraging role of family members and nurses and good emotion after setbacks in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of pain,function,activity,muscle strength,flexion deformity and stability in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Life hope program intervention combined with staged rehabilitation training can effectively improve the rehabilitation enthusiasm of patients after knee arthroplasty,and promote the recovery of joint function of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
