综合护理干预对颅脑损伤手术患者术后意识、认知功能恢复和生活质量的影响

Effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative recovery of consciousness and cognitive function and quality of life of patients undergoing craniocerebral injury surgery

目的观察综合护理干预在颅脑损伤手术患者中的应用效果。方法根据护理方式的不同将2019年5月至2020年5月在我院接受颅脑损伤手术的42例患者分为对照组和综合组,各21例。对照组实施常规护理干预,综合组在对照组的基础上实施综合护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果干预后,综合组的MMSE、GQOLI-74评分高于对照组及干预前(P<0.05)。出院后6个月,综合组的GOS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。综合组的护理满意度高于对照组,并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可促进颅脑损伤手术患者术后意识及认知功能的恢复,提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,改善预后。

Objective To observe the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients undergoing craniocerebral injury surgery.Methods According to different nursing methods,42 patients who underwent craniocerebral injury surgery in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were divided into control group and comprehensive group,with 21 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention,and the comprehensive group carried out comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of MMSE and GQOLI-74 in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the control group and before intervention(P<0.05).Six months after discharge,the GOS score of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the recovery of postoperative consciousness and cognitive function of patients undergoing craniocerebral injury surgery,improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the prognosis.
