基于改良早期预警评分的院前急救护理联合体位护理在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果

Application effect of pre-hospital emergency nursing based on modified early warning score combined with body position nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨基于改良早期预警评分的院前急救护理联合体位护理在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月至2020年8月收治的128例急性心肌梗死患者,采用抽签法将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各64例。对照组采用常规急救护理,观察组采用基于改良早期预警评分的院前急救护理联合体位护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的院前急救反应时间、接诊时间、急诊科抢救时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。T2~T4时,观察组的心肌耗氧量少于对照组(P<0.05)。T2~T3、T3~T4时,观察组的SDNN、RMSSD均高于对照组(P<0.05);T0~T2、T2~T3、T3~T4时,观察组的△QTd、△QTcd均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于改良早期预警评分的院前急救护理联合体位护理应用于急性心肌梗死患者中,可提高急救效率,减少心肌耗氧量,保护心脏机能。

Objective To explore the application effect of pre-hospital emergency nursing based on modified early warning score combined with body position nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 128 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated from August 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 64 cases in each group.The control group received routine emergency nursing,and the observation group received pre-hospital emergency nursing based on modified early warning score combined with body position nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The pre-hospital emergency response time,reception time and rescue time of emergency department in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At T2-T4,the myocardial oxygen consumption in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At T2-T3 and T3-T4,SDNN and RMSSD in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);at T0-T2,T2-T3 and T3-T4,the△QTd and△QTcd in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-hospital emergency nursing based on modified early warning score combined with body position nursing applied in patients with acute myocardial infarction can improve the emergency efficiency,reduce myocardial oxygen consumption and protect cardiac function.
