摘要
目的探讨行为导向健康教育法结合信息-动机-行为技巧对卵巢癌根治术后患者健康认知及行为能力、自我感受负担的影响。方法选取80例卵巢癌根治术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(40例,常规护理+行为导向健康教育法+信息-动机-行为技巧)和对照组(40例,常规护理)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的疾病基础知识、化疗不良反应知识、不良反应防治措施知识评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的运动、心理安适、营养、健康责任评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的身体负担、情感负担、经济负担评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论行为导向健康教育法结合信息-动机-行为技巧可提高卵巢癌根治术后患者的健康认知及行为能力,同时可减轻自我感受负担。
Objective To explore the effect of behavior-oriented health education method combined with information-motivation-behavior skills on cognition and behavior ability of health and self-perceive burden of patients after radical ovarian cancer surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with radical ovarian cancer surgery were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into observation group(40 cases,routine nursing+behavior-oriented health education method+information-motivation-behavior skills)and control group(40 cases,routine nursing)by random number table method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of disease basic knowledge,chemotherapy adverse reaction knowledge and adverse reaction prevention measures knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of exercise,psychological well-being,nutrition,health responsibility in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical burden,emotional burden and economic burden in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The behavior-oriented health education method combined with information-motivation-behavior skills can improve the cognition and behavior ability of health of patients after radical ovarian cancer surgery,while reducing their self-perceive burden.
