基于曲臂吊高压水雾抑尘技术和高压喷淋水雾系统的工作原理,机械设备雾化喷头可通过曲臂吊抓斗作业实现随动效果。本文设计研发出了一种港口精准喷淋抑尘技术,具有自动、安全、高效、抑尘等优点,在木薯干装卸车辆作业过程中,可实现主要扬尘点的定点抑尘工作。

Based on the high-pressure water mist dust suppression technology of the jib crane and the working principle of the high-pressure spray water mist system,the atomizing nozzle of mechanical equipment can realize the followup effect with the grab of the jib crane.A port precision spray dust suppression technology is designed and developed,which has the advantages of automation,safety,high efficiency and dust suppression.During the operation of cassava dry loading and unloading vehicles,the fixed-point dust suppression of main dust raising points is realized.
