摘要
味觉在各物种的摄食过程中扮演了非常重要的角色。由于不同的生存环境和饮食偏好,使得各物种在长期的演化过程中形成了鲜明的食性分化,相应地,味觉受体基因的进化符合这种饮食行为的演变。随着越来越多的基因组测序的完成,关于味觉受体基因的研究也取得了很大的进展。味觉受体功能的丧失与进化是一个普遍存在的现象,与摄食的差异化直接相关。本文对味觉受体基因的进化演变进行了详细的论述,以期为相关研究提供参考。
Taste plays a very important role in various food intake processes.Due to different living environment and food intake behavior,each animal has its own feeding characteristics during the long-term evolution process.The evolution of sensory receptor genes correspond to these feeding behaviors.With the completion of more and more gene sequencing,significant progress has been made in the progress of sensory perception genes.The evolution of taste perception is related to the difference of food intake.In this article,the evolutionary process of taste receptor genes are briefly reviewed.
