摘要
随着我国经济的飞速增长和人们生活水平的不断提高,我们对食品的质量也提出了更高的要求。食品安全问题频发使食品安全一度成为人们关注的热点。对食品进行检验检测是保障食品安全的重要手段,也是提高食品质量的重要途径。本文主要对食品检验的内容、食品检验的作用、食品检验检测工作中存在的问题和不足进行了分析,并提出食品相关产品检验检测质量控制的策略。
With the rapid growth of our country’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,we have also put forward higher requirements for the quality of food.The frequent occurrence of food safety problems once made food safety become the focus of attention.Food inspection and detection is not only an important means to ensure food safety,but also an important way to improve food quality.This paper mainly analyzes the content of food inspection,the role of food inspection,the problems and deficiencies in food inspection and detection,and puts forward the quality control strategy of food related product inspection and detection.
