摘要
经济的快速发展,物质的极大富足使得人们物质生活水平明显提升,这也使人们更加追求食品的安全性和高品质。目前大型超市已成为人们食品采购的首选,大型超市也应注重食品安全,加强食品质量安全控制。本文主要对大型超市的食品质量安全控制问题进行探讨,明确大型超市食品质量安全控制的关键点并针对关键点提出食品安全监管的关键性举措,以真正做好食品质量监管工作,确保食品安全。
With the rapid development of economy and the great abundance of material,the people’s material living standard has been improved obviously,which makes people pursue food safety and high quality.At present,large supermarkets have become the first choice for people to purchase food.Large supermarkets should pay attention to food safety and strengthen food quality and safety control.This paper mainly discusses the food quality and safety control of large supermarkets,clarifies the key points of food quality and safety control in large supermarkets,and puts forward key measures for food safety supervision in order to do a good job in food quality supervision and ensure food safety.
