摘要
改革开放使我国与西方国家的经济、政治、文化交流变得越来越多,受西方饮食文化的影响,中餐也得到了不断的完善与发展。本文分析了中西方烹饪技术和饮食方式的差异,探讨了西餐烹饪技术和饮食方式对中餐烹饪产生的影响。
After the reform and opening up,economic,political,and cultural exchanges between China and Western countries have become more and more,and under the influence of Western food culture,Chinese food has also been continuously improved and developed.This article analyzes the differences between Chinese and Western cooking techniques and eating styles,and discusses the influence of Western cooking techniques and eating styles on Chinese cooking.
