摘要
稻壳是稻谷加工过程中砻谷工段产生的副产品,占稻谷加工生产线原粮总量的1/5,比重较高且处理难度较大。我国是发展中国家,是水稻种植大国,每年因稻谷加工而产生的稻壳数量巨大,但是因其物理性质特殊,关系到加工生产效益以及环境保护问题,如何对这一副产品进行综合处理和利用就显得十分关键。本文对当前常用的、可行的稻壳处理方法和技术进行阐述,并对稻壳处理新思路新技术进行分析,为今后稻壳综合处理利用提供参考。
Rice husk is a by-product produced in the rice hulling section of the rice processing process.It accounts for 1/5 of the total raw grains of the rice processing line.It has a relatively high proportion and is difficult to handle.China is a developing country and a large rice planting country.The amount of rice husk produced by rice processing is huge every year.However,because of its special physical properties,it is related to the efficiency of processing and production,and environmental protection issues.How to comprehensively treat and utilize this by-product is very critical.This article describes the currently commonly used and technically feasible rice husk treatment methods and technologies,and analyzes new ideas and technologies for rice husk treatment,and provides references for the comprehensive treatment and utilization of rice husk in the future.
