转基因食品是现代生物技术的产物,它的出现在很大程度上有效缓解了因世界人口极速增长、农作物种植土地面积缩减等客观原因导致的食品短缺、农药污染、食品质量下降等问题。由于目前转基因生物技术发展时间较短,存在转入基因表达率低、不稳定、易突变等潜在问题,导致转基因食品的安全性备受争议。本文重点对转基因食品安全检测技术的应用进行分析,为保障转基因食品的安全提供参考。

Genetically modified food is the product of modern biotechnology.Its emergence has effectively alleviated the problems of food shortage,pesticide pollution and food quality decline caused by the rapid growth of world population and the reduction of crop planting land.Due to the short development time of transgenic biotechnology,there are potential problems such as low expression rate of transgenic genes,instability and easy mutation,resulting in the controversial safety of transgenic food.This paper focuses on the application of genetically modified food safety detection technology,so as to provide reference for ensuring the safety of genetically modified food.
