CT能谱成像技术去除脊柱金属植入物伪影的临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨CT能谱成像技术去除脊柱金属植入物伪影的临床效果。方法选取2018年4月至2020年7月本院收治的脊柱金属植入物患者30例,均行CT能谱扫描,通过不同keV下噪声值、伪影长度、伪影指数、主观评分分析,确定最佳单能量成像点;通过CT能谱图像(单能量+金属伪影消除)与混合能量图像质量比较,分析CT能谱成像技术在脊柱金属植入物伪影去除中的临床价值。结果在所构建的单能量图像中,伪影长度随keV增加而缩短,110 keV时伪影指数最小,主观评分最高,可进行金属伪影消除重建。能谱成像伪影长度、伪影指标、主观评分等指标均优于混合能量图像(P<0.05)。结论脊柱金属植入物患者最佳单能量成像点为110 keV,在最佳能量成像点进行金属伪影消除重建得到的图像质量较高,可有效去除脊柱金属植入物伪影,满足临床诊疗需求。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of CT energy spectrum imaging technology in removing artifacts of spinal metal implants.Methods From April 2018 to July 2020,30 patients with spinal metal implants were selected,all patients underwent CT energy spectrum.Determined the best single energy imaging point through the analysis of noise value,artifact length,artifact index,and subjective score under different keV;determine CT by comparing the quality of CT energy spectrum image(single energy+metal artifact elimination)and mixed energy image.Analysised the clinical value of CT energy spectrum imaging technology in the removing artifacts of spinal metal implant.Results In the constructed single-energy image,the artifact length decrease with the increase of keV.At 110 keV,the artifact index was the smallest and the subjective score was the highest,and the metal artifacts could be eliminated and reconstructed.The index of artifact length,artifact index,subjective score in the energy spectrum imaging group were better than the mixed energy imaging group(P<0.05).Conclusion The best single energy imaging point for patients with spinal metal implants is 110 keV.The image quality obtained by metal artifact elimination and reconstruction at the best energy imaging point is better,which can effectively remove spinal metal implant artifacts and meet clinical diagnosis and treatment demand.
