西药依达拉奉与中药活血化浊汤联合治疗脑梗死的临床疗效

Clinical effect of western medicine edaravone combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Huoxue Huazhuo decoction on cerebral infarction

目的观察分析脑梗死患者应用西药依达拉奉+中药活血化浊汤联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月本院收治的60例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规组(西药依达拉奉治疗)和研究组(西药依达拉奉+中药活血化浊汤治疗),各30例。比较两组临床疗效,NIHSS评分、ADL评分、血清MCP-1水平、血清MMP-9水平及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组NIHSS评分低于常规组,ADL评分高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组血清MCP-1、MMP-9水平均显著低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论应用西药依达拉奉联合中药活血化浊汤治疗脑梗死效果显著,可减轻患者脑神经缺损程度,提高日常生活能力提高,降低不良反应。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of western medicine edaravone combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Huoxue Huazhuo decoction in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into conventional group(western medicine edaravone treatment)and study group(western medicine edaravone+Traditional Chinese Medicine Huoxue Huazhuo decoction treatment),with 30 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,NIHSS score,ADL score,serum MCP-1 level,serum MMP-9 level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the ADL score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum MCP-1 and MMP-9 levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Huoxue Huazhuo decoction in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction can reduce the degree of cerebral nerve defect,improve the ability of daily life,reduce adverse reactions,and has significant clinical effect.
