成人修复口腔正畸矫正的临床研究

Clinical study of adult prosthetic orthodontic correction

目的探讨成人修复口腔正畸矫正的临床研究。方法选取2019年5月至2020年3月本院收治的口腔正畸矫正患者152例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各76例。对照组应用直线矫正技术治疗,研究组应用正畸矫正后修复治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生率及治疗满意度。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论正畸矫正修复方法治疗成人牙齿畸形效果显著,可有效改善患者牙齿排列情况和改善口腔功能,提高患者牙齿美观度和治疗满意度,且安全性较高,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To investigate the clinical study of 152 cases of adult prosthetic orthodontic correction.Methods 152 patients with orthodontics treated in our hospital from May 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the research group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 76 cases in each group.The control group was treated with linear correction technology,and the study group was treated with post orthodontic repair.The treatment effect,incidence of adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the treatment satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic correction and repair method has a significant effect in the treatment of adult tooth deformity.It can effectively improve the arrangement of patients'teeth and improve oral function,improve patients'tooth aesthetics and treatment satisfaction,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
