摘要
以DTMB4381桨为研究对象,通过在桨叶表面布置加速度传感器,采用锤击法测得桨叶的固有频率。探究螺旋桨直径、螺旋桨安装位置、敲击工具和敲击位置对桨叶固有频率测量结果的影响。试验结果表明:螺旋桨的固有频率与其缩尺比呈反比;改变螺旋桨的安装位置会对其固有频率测量结果产生微小影响;不同的敲击工具激发桨叶固有频率的能力不同;改变敲击位置会使桨叶固有频率测量结果发生明显改变。
The hammering method is practiced on DTMB4381 propeller with acceleration sensors pasted on the blade surface to measure the natural frequency of its blade.The influences of technological parameters,such as propeller diameter,propeller supporting location,hammering tool and hammering position,on the natural frequency measurements are studied.The facts found in the experiment are as follows:The natural frequency measurements is inversely proportional to the scale ratio of propeller model;Variation of the location supporting points has little effect on measurements;The ability to excite the vibration of propeller blade is different for different hammering tool;And the measurements are noticeably influenced by position of hammering point.
