在当今灾疫频发的背景下,亟须构建具有灾疫应对抵御能力的韧性国土空间体系。将灾疫伦理观点与韧性研究方法结合,围绕“抵御灾疫、提升韧性”研究灾疫伦理启示下的韧性国土空间规划思路。分析灾疫伦理思想对韧性国土空间构建具有启发性的重要观点,提出韧性国土空间系统构建原则;探讨韧性国土空间规划目标与思路;提出韧性国土空间规划重点任务。

Today,with frequent epidemics,it is urgent to build a flexible territorial space system with the ability to fight the epidemic.This article combines disaster ethics with resilience research methods,and studies the resilience land space planning ideas inspired by disaster ethics around'anti-epidemic enhancement resilience'.The article analyzes the important viewpoints of disaster and epidemiological ethics for the construction of resilient territorial space,and proposes the principles of constructing resilient territorial space system;discusses the goals and ideas of resilient territorial spatial planning;proposes key tasks for disaster-resistant territorial spatial planning.
