伴随着我国重点城市生活垃圾强制分类的政策实施,使大量的餐厨垃圾得到了更好的收集与运输,对于如何高效、节能、资源回收再利用的处理餐厨垃圾成为了垃圾分类处理环节中的重点与难点。通过大量的走访调研与实际实验后,对餐厨垃圾处理方式进行系统性梳理,并根据不同的应用场景配置最优化餐厨垃圾处理方案,使餐厨垃圾处理既实现了资源回收再利用,又达到了源头减量的目的,为各地方政府对餐厨垃圾处理提供了有效的抓手及餐厨垃圾处理解决方案。

China has implemented a series of mandatory classification policy for domestic garbage in major cities,which lead to a large amount of kitchen waste are being better collected and transported.How to deal with kitchen waste with high efficiency,energy saving and resource recycling has become the key and bottlenecks in the garbage classification process.Kitchen waste treatment methods in China are being systematically sorted out,as well as the optimal kitchen waste treatment scheme is configured according to different application scenarios after many interviews,investigations,and practical experiments.Therefore,the kitchen waste treatment not only helps the recycling of resources,but also achieves the purpose of origin reduction,which provides effective solutions for local governments to deal with kitchen waste.
