摘要
医院基建工程通常体量大、机构复杂,涉及专业内容广泛,而医院基建部门的管理方式、管理水平与实际需要相比有较大差距。本文介绍了精细化管理理论基础和特点,阐述了PDCA循环管理方法的工作原理,结合医院基建工程管理现状,较为系统地分析了精细化管理方法在基建工程管理中的应用,为相关工程建设提供一定的借鉴经验。
Hospital infrastructure projects are usually large in volume,complex in organization,and involve a wide range of professional contents.However,there is a big gap between the management mode and management level of hospital infrastructure departments and the actual needs.This paper introduces the theoretical basis and characteristics of delicacy management,and expounds the working principle of PDCA cycle management method.Combined with the present situation of hospital infrastructure project management,this paper systematically analyzes the application of delicacy management method in infrastructure project management,which can provide some reference for related engineering construction.
