增设抗倾覆钢托梁加固独柱式混凝土桥墩有限元模拟分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究增设抗倾覆钢托梁体系加固独柱式混凝土桥墩的承载能力和受力机理,结合实际工程,通过有限元软件ABAQUS对抗倾覆钢托梁加固体系进行模拟计算,分析了抗倾覆钢托梁在单侧最不利荷载作用下,各部分结构的应力分布,并分析了抗倾覆钢托梁体系分别在单侧和双侧同时加载的极限承载能力,最后对抗倾覆钢托梁进行抗倾覆稳定性计算。计算结果表明,抗倾覆钢托梁在单侧最不利荷载作用下,各部分结构均处于弹性阶段,还有较大的安全盈余。抗倾覆钢托梁在单侧和双侧的极限承载能力分别为3100.29 kN和21154.87 kN,在单侧加载达到极限承载力时,抗倾覆钢托梁各部分结构虽然未进入塑性阶段,但是抱箍底部锚栓附近的混凝土已经发生较大的受拉破坏,不适合继续承载。在双侧同时加载达到极限承载力时,钢托梁各部分结构均进入塑性阶段,且钢托梁的顶板会发生较大的塑性变形。增设抗倾覆钢托梁加固后,该桥在各种工况下的横向抗倾覆稳定验算满足要求。 In order to study the bearing capacity and stress mechanism of single-pillar concrete pier strengthened by additional anti-over‐turning steel bracket system,the anti-overturning steel bracket reinforcement system is simulated by finite element software ABAQUS in com‐bination with actual engineering.The stress distribution of each part of structure of anti-overturning steel bracket under the most unfavorable load on one side is analyzed,and the ultimate bearing capacity of anti-overturning steel bracket system loaded on both sides simultaneously is analyzed.Finally,the anti-overturning stability of anti-overturning steel bracket is calculated.The calculation results show that under the most unfavorable load on one side,all parts of the structure are in the elastic stage and have a large safety surplus.The ultimate bearing capacity of overturning steel bracket is 3100.29 kN on one side and 21154.87 kN on both sides.When the ultimate bearing capacity of overturning steel bracket is reached under one-side loading,although each part of the structure does not enter the plastic stage,the concrete near the an‐chor bolts at the bottom of the clamp has been greatly damaged by tension and is not suitable for further bearing.When the ultimate bearing capacity is reached under simultaneous loading on both sides,all parts of the structure of the steel bracket beam enter the plastic stage,and the roof plate of the steel bracket beam will undergo large plastic deformation.After the reinforcement of anti-overturning steel bracket beam is added,the checking calculation of the transverse anti-overturning stability of the bridge under various conditions meets the requirements.
