摘要
旧桥下部结构基础加固工程中的施工围堰经常遇到大型机械设备无法进场辅助施工、桥下净空不足和运输浮船吃水深度不够等施工难题。为了解决上述难题,肇庆市某桥局部维修加固工程提出了一种由钢管支架+钢板组合而成的新型围堰。该工程的应用结果证明了新型围堰体系稳定、止水效果良好。此外,新型围堰具有造价低、施工简单、节约工期等优势,并且对周边环境影响小,拆除方便,丰富了旧桥加固施工围堰手段,可为同类工程提供参考。
The construction cofferdam in the repair and reinforcement of the old bridge substructure often encounters construction prob‐lems such as the inability of large mechanical equipment to enter the site for auxiliary construction,insufficient clearance under the bridge,and insufficient draft of the transport pontoon.In order to solve the appeal problem,a novel cofferdam composed of steel pipe bracket+steel plate is proposed.The application of the local maintenance and reinforcement project of the Bridge has proved that the new cofferdam system is stable and has a good water stopping effect.In addition,the novel cofferdam has the advantages of low cost,simple construction,saving construction period,etc.,and has a small impact on the surrounding environment,and is convenient to dismantle.It enriches the cof‐ferdam methods of old bridge reinforcement and provides a reference for similar projects.
