摘要
针对广佛肇高速公路匝道互通立交较多,互通区匝道路面相对狭窄,弯度较大,行车存在较大安全隐患的问题,对匝道路面加铺彩色抗滑树脂薄层进行路面升级改造。针对本项目施工技术难点低温施工、新铺沥青基面面层孔隙较大的问题,进行了针对性研究。通过室内试验研究,采用树脂材料低温配方可满足低温环境下快速固化,经测试表明拉伸强度、粘结强度和断裂延伸率分别达到20.5 MPa、3.0 MPa和49.7%;通过对骨料用量研究,新铺沥青面层选择陶瓷骨料用量7 kg/m^(2),胶水用量为1.65 kg/m^(2),铺装后面层整体性较好。经项目施工验证表明加铺彩色薄层后路面警示性、抗滑性、美观性均得到大幅度提高,具有良好的推广价值。
In view of the problems of more interchanges on the ramps of Guangfozhao Expressway,relatively narrow road surface in the interchange area,larger curvature and greater safety hidden danger in driving,the road surface of the ramps was upgraded by adding a thin layer of color anti-skid-resin.Aiming at the technical difficulties in the construction of this project,such as low-temperature construction and large pores in the surface layer of the newly laid asphalt base surface,a targeted study was carried out.According to the laboratory test,the low temperature formula of resin material can meet the requirements of rapid curing under low temperature environment.The test results show that the tensile strength,bond strength and elongation at break reach 20.5 MPa,3.0 MPa and 49.7%,respectively.Through the study of aggregate dosage,ceramic aggregate dosage of 7 kg/m^(2) and glue dosage of 1.65 kg/m^(2) were selected for the newly laid asphalt surface layer,and the overall layer behind the pavement was better.The project construction verification shows that the pavement warning,skid re‐sistance and aesthetic properties are greatly improved after the addition of color thin layer,which has good popularization value.
