绢云母增强环氧树脂复合涂层的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究以渗透型环氧树脂为基体,通过加入不同掺量片层状绢云母对其进行改性制备出绢云母增强环氧树脂复合涂层,并研究了复合涂层的渗透深度、拉拔强度以及抗紫外老化性能。结果表明,片层状绢云母的加入可改善复合涂层的渗透能力,提高复合涂层的拉拔强度。当绢云母为掺量为9%时,复合涂层的渗透深度最大,复合涂层的拉拔强度可达5.19 MPa。适量的绢云母可提高复合涂层的抗紫外老化性能。 In this study,the penetrating epoxy resin was used as the matrix and different dosages of sericite were added to prepare the sericite reinforced epoxy resin composite coating.The penetration depth,pull-out strength and UV-aging resistance of the composite coating were studied.The results show that the addition of sericite can improve the penetration ability and pull-out strength of composite coating.When the sericite content is 9%,the penetration depth of the composite coating is the deepest,and the pull-out strength of the composite coating can reach 5.19 MPa.A proper amount of sericite can increase the UV-aging resistance of the composite coating.
