摘要
对不同环境条件纸面石膏板面密度、断裂荷载、抗冲击性、护面纸与芯材粘结性等物理性能的影响进行了试验分析研究,结果表明不同相对湿度的环境条件下,纸面石膏板的物理性能的变化较为明显,相对湿度为70%时,面密度的变化达12.9%,断裂荷载的变化达9.6%,抗冲击性落球深度的变化达20.7%,护面纸与芯材粘结性撕离荷载的变化达18.2%;不同温度的环境条件下,其物理性能相对较稳定,影响较小;该研究对纸面石膏板的试验、施工、使用过程均有一定参考意义。
The article research the influence of different environmental conditions on the surface density,flexural strength,impact resis‐tance,adhesion between protective paper and core material of gypsum plasterboard by testing.The results show that:the physical properties change obvious at different humidity,when humidity at 70%,surface density changed 12.9%,flexural strength changed 9.6%,the depth of impact resistance changed 20.7%,adhesion changed 18.2%,keep relatively stable at different temperature.Supplying technical reference on testing,installation and using of gypsum plasterboard.
