摘要
可变速抽水蓄能发电电动机转子绕组采用条式线棒,均匀分布在转子槽中。机组运行时,转子绕组在自身重力、电磁力、热应力、离心力等作用力下,将产生振动、变形、窜动等现象,从而造成转子绕组绝缘破坏,绝缘寿命降低,影响机组长期安全运行。本文针对转子绕组槽部固定结构提出一种新型槽楔结构,并以10MW与300MW可变速抽水蓄能发电电动机为例,对该结构进行应力分析,进而确定材料选型。研究结果表明,该结构具有足够的刚强度,能够承受转子绕组传递的作用力。
The rotor winding of variable speed pumped-storage generator-motor(VSGM)consists of Roebel bars and are distributed evenly in rotor slots.During operating,the rotor winding will be forced to absorb the gravity,electromagnetic force,thermal stress and centrifugal force,which may cause vibration,distortion and move of these windings,then the insulation may be damaged and its serviced life reduced.The reliability and safety of VSGM will not be guaranteed.A novel slot wedge structure is proposed in this paper.Taking 10 MW and 300 MW VSGM as two examples,the stress on slot wedge is analyzed and the material of slot wedge is selected.Results show that the proposed slot wedge can provide enough rigidity and strength to endure the force from rotor windings.
