基于动态规划的双电机PHEV行进间启动发动机转矩协调控制

摘要 针对模式切换过程中转矩波动尤其是发动机启动和离合器结合带来的整车冲击的问题,提出一种基于动态规划的双电机PHEV行进间启动发动机的转矩协调控制。首先,选择有双电机纯电动模式(Dual-motor electric mode,DME)切换到并联混动模式(Parallel hybrid mode,PH)的模式切换过程进行动力学建模。其次,设计行进间启动发动机过程的转矩协调控制目标函数,采用离散动态规划全局最优的方法优化伴随发动机启动和离合器结合的模式切换过程。最后,仿真分析动态规划的优化控制结果。结果表明,动态规划有效抑制了DME-PH模式切换过程的转矩波动,较无协调控制略微增加了0.17 s的切换时间,在保证动力性的同时将冲击度抑制在8.1 m/s 3以内,改善了DME-PH模式切换驾驶性能。 A dynamic planning-based torque coordination control of dual-motor PHEV starting engine between travels is proposed to address the problem of torque fluctuation during mode switching,especially the whole vehicle shock caused by engine start and clutch combination.First,the dynamics of the mode transition process from Dual-motor electric mode(DME)to Parallel hybrid mode(PH)is modeled.Further,the torque coordination control objective function is designed for the process of starting the engine during travel,and the mode transition process with engine starting and clutch combination is optimized by using discrete dynamic programming method.Finally,the optimized control results of dynamic planning are simulated and analyzed.The results show that dynamic planning effectively suppresses torque fluctuations during DME-PH mode switching,slightly increasing the switching time by 0.17 s compared to uncoordinated control,and improving DME-PH mode transition driving performance by suppressing the shock degree to 8.1 m/s 3,ensuring dynamics.
