摘要
介绍了钠碱法脱硫技术的特点,分析了上海某石化公司钠碱法脱硫装置存在的问题,并提出了解决措施。通过对原脱硫塔进行技术改造,增设2层屋脊式折流板除雾段、1层疏松纤维除雾段、1层阻水层折流板除雾段,提高了脱硫塔脱硫除尘和除酸雾的效率。脱硫装置改造后烟囱出口烟气ρ(SO_(2))由原来的150 mg/m^(3)降低到28 mg/m^(3),硫酸雾(ρ)由原来的50 mg/m^(3)降低到12 mg/m^(3),颗粒物(ρ)由原来的60 mg/m^(3)降低到6.8 mg/m^(3),达到超低排放要求。
The characteristics of sodium alkali desulfurization technology are introduced,the existing problems of sodium alkali desulfurization unit in a petrochemical company in Shanghai are analyzed,and solutions are put forward.Through the technical transformation of the original desulfurization tower,two-layer ridge baffle demisting section,one layer loose fiber demisting section and one layer water barrier baffle demisting section are added to improve the desulfurization,dust removal and acid mist removal efficiency of the desulfurization tower.Theρ(SO_(2))of flue gas at the outlet of the chimney is reduced from 150 mg/m^(3)to 28 mg/m^(3),the mass concentration of sulphuric acid mist is reduced from 50 mg/m^(3)to 12 mg/m^(3),and the mass concentration of particulate matter is reduced from 60 mg/m^(3)to 6.8 mg/m^(3),meeting the ultra-low emission requirements.
