摘要
针对现有技术中电能表仓储信息化管理不完善、工作效率低下的问题,在无人机识别系统中设计了射频识别技术并引进帧时隙ALOHA算法,通过射频识别技术将识别的帧长信息和分组信息形成识别码,实现电能表物品的自动化识别。利用货位路径协同优化算法确定货物的最佳出库路径,有效地节省了出入库时间,提高了仓储空间的管理能力。实验结果表明,本研究方法提高了电能表物品分拣的正确率。
Aiming at the problems of incomplete information management of electric energy meter storage and low work efficiency in the prior art,radio frequency identification technology and the introduction of frame time slot ALOHA algorithm are designed in the UAV identification system,and the identified frame length information is obtained through radio frequency identification technology.It forms an identification code with the grouping information to realize the automatic identification of electric energy meter items.The coordinated optimization algorithm of cargo location is used to determine the best outbound route of goods,which effectively saves the time of inbound and outbound,and improves the management ability of storage space.The experiment results show that the method of this research improves the correct rate of sorting items of the electric energy meter.
