我国档案馆融入国家软治理之“道”

The"way"of Integrating Archives into National soft Governance

随着国家治理体系与治理能力现代化的深入推进,国家治理开启新征程。国家治理方式由硬治理向软治理的转化也同样引发对档案软治理方向的思考。我国档案馆作为文化组织与档案部门发挥重要作用的主体,其融入治理的过程对于国家实现软治理具有深刻影响。通过我国档案馆对档案及档案工作进行软治理必要性、可行性的阐释,面对当下开展软治理面临的自治未完善之困、主体不平衡之囿、话语权表达之失三个困境,应以明晰档案软治理核心角色、实施多元主体协同治理、牢握档案文化话语权的三个发展路径寻求我国档案馆融入国家软治理之“道”。
