数字档案长期保存技术方案的优选--参考Planets项目“目标树”经验

Optimization of long-term preservation technology for digital archives Reference to the'Target tree'experience of the Existing project

数字档案长期保存是一项艰巨的系统工程,技术方案是长期保存策略体系中的重要组成部分,只有合理应用技术方案才能确保数字档案的长期可用,因此需要对技术方案进行优化选择。通过分析数字档案长期保存技术方案优化选择的必要性,在参考欧盟Planets项目“目标树”对长期保存技术策略量化评估的基础上,从构筑合作联盟、引入效能分析法、培育量化思维、树立规划意识四个方面,提出我国数字档案长期保存技术方案的优化选择策略。

The long-term preservation of digital Archives is an arduous system engineering.The technical scheme is an important part of the long-term preservation strategy system.Only the reasonable application of the technical scheme can ensure the long-term availability of digital Archives.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize and explore the technical scheme.By analyzing the necessity of optimizing the selection of long-term preservation scheme of digital Archives,and based on the experience of objective basis instead of subjective conjecture,establishing measurement standards and scales,combining internal rough evaluation with external fine evaluation,and forming a global preservation plan,this paper introduces efficiency analysis and progressive evaluation from the perspective of building cooperation alliance,In order to inspire the practical work of Archives department in China,this paper puts forward the optimization and selection strategy of long-term preservation technical scheme of digital Archives from four aspects:upgrading quantitative thinking,constructing index system,establishing planning consciousness and overall concept.
