基于《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》的档案信息化战略转型研究

结合《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》关于档案信息化建设的政策内容来看,新时期档案信息化战略转型的方向主要体现为档案资源数字化、档案内容数据化、档案平台体系化、档案管理智能化和档案服务网络化。档案信息化战略转型是一项复杂而艰巨的系统性工程,需要从完善体制机制、加强统筹协调、强化技术应用、优化人才结构、落实经费保障等方面做好整体规划与路径设计。

According to the policy content of the national Archives development plan in the 14th five year plan,the direction of the strategic transformation of Archives informatization in the new period is mainly reflected in the digitization of Archives resources,the digitization of Archives content,the systematization of Archives platform,the intellectualization of Archives management and the networking of Archives Service.The strategic transformation of Archives informatization is a complex and arduous systematic project.We need to do a good job in the overall planning and path design from the aspects of improving the system and mechanism,strengthening the overall coordination,strengthening the technology application,optimizing the talent structure,and implementing the fund guarantee.
