摘要
本文阐释了重大突发事件档案的内涵、特点及管理现状,分析了其存在的问题,提出重大突发事件档案应急管理工作的总体思路是坚持以问题为导向、坚持档案学根本原则、坚持应急管理工作应及时和采取多方合作,从而为档案部门应对重大突发事件提出具体对策。
