水利工程档案收集归档的问题和对策

本文从水利工程建设和水利工程档案管理工作的实际出发,分析水利工程档案收集归档过程中存在的内容不全、载体单一、质量欠佳等问题,提出通过加强培训指导、项目管理、制度建设、质量审核等办法来解决问题的对策。
