“處”字俗体演变考——以《贵州清水江文书》为中心

On the Evolution of Nonstandard Forms of Chu(處)——Centered on Qingshui River Documents of Guizhou

“處”字在《贵州清水江文书》中俗体众多,多达58个,多未见于历代字书,形体各异,很难看出与正体的关系,极易造成误判问题。按照形体关联度,“處”字俗体分成6类,来源广泛,有的俗体是在正体的基础上略微增损笔画,尚可辨认;有的则是在俗体之上一变再变,以致形体面目全非,构字理据部分丧失或完全丧失,构字理据丧失,难以辨识。

There are various nonstandard forms of“chu”(處)in Qingshui River Documents of Guizhou,as many as 58,most of which have not been seen in the wordbooks of past dynasties and have different forms.It is difficult to see the relationship between the nonstandard forms of chu and its original form,which can easily cause misjudgment.According to the correlation degree of character forms,the nonstandard forms of“chu”(處)are divided into six categories.Deriving from a wide range of sources,some nonstandard forms of chu(處)with a slight increase or loss of strokes on the basis of the etymon are still recognizable.Some are changed again and again on the basis of nonstandard forms,and partially or completely lose reasons for forming characters,which are changed beyond recognition.
