摘要
大豆籽粒蛋白质含量受到遗传因素、生态因素、耕作制度和栽培技术多种因素的影响。其中,遗传因素是影响大豆蛋白质含量的主要因素,有效的栽培措施也可以提升大豆品质。综述了大豆籽粒蛋白质遗传规律研究进展,并从播期、种植密度、水、肥料4个方面总结了栽培措施对大豆籽粒蛋白质积累的影响。在遗传方面,大豆籽粒蛋白质含量主要受加性效应影响;在栽培方面,大豆籽粒蛋白质含量的主要受播期影响。
The protein content of soybean seed is affected by genetic factors,ecological factors,farming system and cultivation techniques.Among them,genetic factors are the main factors affecting soybean protein content,and effective cultivation measures can also improve soybean quality.The research progress of soybean seed protein inheritance was reviewed,and the influence of cultivation measures on soybean grain protein accumulation was summarized from four aspects of sowing date,planting density,water and fertilizer.In terms of genetics,soybean seed protein content is mainly affected by additive effects;in terms of cultivation,the main influencing factor of soybean seed protein content is sowing date.
